"i played with Tokio during the tournament. I personally dont feel that he was bagging. he is new to the game, Who would want to step up to advance and play against some of the best ams in the world when you first start. He just threw good solid…"
I stand corrected...........
This is a statement from Lyle that was posted on the LDGC site.
"While I think that hip-waders and disc golf are a natural fit (just kidding), we have already made arrangements. We will be cutting out holes 13-17 (all 5 of the ones on the other side of the creek in the back). Since we are only going to play 18 holes, we will be combining holes 6 & 7 (7 is the one that crosses the little bridge). In other words, we will tee off from 6's tee pad and hole out in 7's basket. This will bring us to our total of 18 holes."
yes it will be at Riney B and Lake Mingo. You will play 18 holes at Riney B, Holes 2, 3, 4, 5, 14, 15 are the 6 you won't play. This is due to the fact that they are all in a flood plain and most likely underwater. Lake Mingo is only a 9 hole course but they add 9 temp holes that make this course much harder than it is without them. Still an easy course just a little harder. Sorry it took me so long to reply. I haven't been on the web in while now.
Also while I have your attention go check out Louisville's newest club.
This club is dedicated to giving "everything" back to the Disc Golfers. It was founded by Eric Roadhouse and Mickey Pennington. There is a B-Tier event scheduled for May 16th and 17th 09 @ IQ. The course will be redesigned for this tournament! Hope to see you there!
