2 Day Mendo Trip.

I'm going to be coming down to mendo to play a few new courses and a few I already have played, with a friend on Monday and Tuesday. We're going to drive down to Willits KOA and stay down there and play and evening / glow round out there. On monday we're going to try to hit Lake Mendo North, maby Lake Mendo South, maby Mendocino College, Low Gap, and maby AVBC on the way over to the coast. Stay at Manchester Beach KOA. Buddah Tree 09 / My 5th Ace

This weekend I went back out to Ammon Ranch for another weekend of great disc golf. The weather when I took off on Friday said showers for Saturday and early showers on Sunday. Unfortunatly for me it was a little wrong, showers turned into pouring rain all day Saturday with not even a hole off. My first win / Ice Bowl 2009

I got my first win yesterday in a tourny, the Ice Bowl @ Mad River Beach here in Humboldt County. This is one of the only Ice Bowls that is played almost entirely on objects instead of baskets. The morning was cold with the sand on the beach being frozen, but it turned into a great day out at the beach, sunny, 61F, and only a light breze most of the day, climing to a wind at some points. Ace # 4

I got my 4th ace on Friday out at Horse Mountain. My first throw of the day on hole 14 (we have two diffrent ways to play this course) with my Star TL, I sent it straight down the fairway and right into the pin. I had a couple of friends with me who had just started disc golfing and they had never seen an ace before, so they didn't quite know why I was so happy. All Hollows Heave

I was in my first real tourny this weekend out at Ammon Ranch here in Humboldt County, All Hollows Heave. What a great tourny to start with. I met people from all over the state and country, including a guy who was a disc golfer from Bowling Green KY, and if I remember right, the president of a disc golf club there.
