Hyzer flip is any disc that cannot take the arm speed and snap of the wrist, so will make the disc become understable. If the disc is stable enough it will eventually turn into the hyzer even after fliping.
A club for those that play disc golf video games.
We have a monthly night golf round (with Bar-B-Que) where we light up the baskets with battery operated lights in a ring around the top. The baskets are visible from any where on the course. we get between 30 and 40 players each time. Its a blast.

I briefly met you on hole #2 at La Mirada a couple of days ago, and also you were in the group ahead of me today( on the back course). Just wanted to say thanks for the tip regarding wrist extension on my drives! It is helping a lot!

- Hey Jerry! Thanks for the comment. Cristina is doing MUCH better, just a mild sprain/strain. She's actually already back on the course! :0) Had a great time on Sat, as usual, and my short game is improving each round. Love all that LMDCG does for women, keep up the great work! Now I need to really practice with no disc-eating trees, no D-inhibiting hills, no un-playable lies at every turn, but a long grassy stretch like at the clinic, so that I can concentrate on the key points of driving--then take it out to the trenches!
Am playing at Oak Grove this Sunday. Hope to get a little practice time at the local football field before then.
