Looks to me like BCSN doesn't have any "viewer provided" content options. I'd be happy to let them broadcast my show if they're interested.
Never used the camera you described myself. My guess is that, unless its a dedicated video camera, the frame-rate and format limitations may make shooting DG decently almost impossible. Even with a video camera, its still hard! (witness most of the online DG videos...you can almost make out what they're doing and where they're doing it, but hardly compelling stuff...)
