My main suggestion is to have at least 2-5 other people that are truly committed to investing time to help you run the club for the first few years. You'll be very surprised at how many people just want to play and not donate…"

Then I agree with other jeff, get a website, forum or get people to join here and you can discuss local tournaments, events, or road trips."
