On the DG front, I finally got my first ace at Timmons. I knocked down hole 8 a using my XD. I cannot believe it took this long, I have splashed out many times. Our Ice Bowl season starts this weekend at Easley. I am thinking about stepping up to advanced, we will see.
Hey Stevo! I hear that you have gone back to California. If that's true, I wish you all the best out there. You'll be missed here in SC. I only met you once over at Greer with Bill and Carla, but I know that you're a good player and you seemed to be a pretty cool person. I went to Greer Christmas morning and threw a round. I was much better than the day that I played with you, but still came in at +4. The round started in a heavy fog, but it lifted before I was too far into it. You remember what a short thrower I am, but even so on the first tee I threw a sidearm it went out, leveled off, made its break, and disappeared into the fog. It was easy to find, but I was surprised to watch it slip out of sight. All the best to you my friend and stay in touch with us back here.
