Back to work

Today I went into my old job to say hi and grab a pizza, to find out they knew I was back in town and had been trying to reach me to work tonight. Home U of M football game.

I worked my first shift, making money instead of spending, in 5 months!
Made a cool 85$ (1 day's budget) in just 4 hours. It was fun. Didn't miss having to work though, but at just 4 hours a shift my job hardly feels like a job.

Aces

I only have two aces at the current time. I have had so many damn close calls. Chains here, Hits the basked its so annoying. I love Disc golf so much though I play as much as I can. I would like to start playing some tournaments next year in the warmer season. But here are my aces thus far. They are in order.

Discussion 101

I'm no grammatical wizard. I misplace comma's all the time. I'm still not sure when to use an em dash, but I don't think anybody really knows for sure. I even spell words wrong. A typo here and there is fine, but I can't stand it when extremely opinionated adults fail to string a single sentence of words together. There is never an instance that calls for a double triple, or even quadruple comma, and the underscore has no business appearing in a sentence at all. I just feel that no matter how… Continue

Aces Part 2

So recently, I've been playing terribly, yet out of all of the horribleness I've been committing, I've actually made three aces. First, hole 8 at knollwood with the San Marino Roc, next, hole 5 at knollwood with the Classic Roc, and finally hole 15 at a course I had never visited before called Rolling Hills County and Water Park in Ypsilanti, MI. Personal Best

I just went out and played my course, BRATS, for the first round, or anything other than a putt, since I got home from my trip on Saturday night. My elbow and arm held up nicely, flubbed one sidearm due to elbow irritation though. My right knee is pinched after the round, but not as bad as the last few months on the road. I live and breathe disc golf

Disc golf is what I think about at home, what I dream about when I sleep, and what I do almost every chance i can. When I do my daily work out part of what keeps me going is the hope of being that fraction of a stroke better as an overall player. When I stop drinking beer halfway through the night its because I want to enjoy my round of disc the next day and play my best.
