The Community of Disc Golfers and About All Things Disc Golf
I am pretty much your average disc golfer. I am 45, 6'2", 238lbs, and I played baseball growing up on into college as a pitcher. I stayed active into my mid 30's, but my job put me at a desk and having kids stopped my athletic activities. I also tore my left ACL and have yet to have it fixed.
I picked up disc golf about 18 months ago and it just clicked with me. I have played close to 500 rounds in that time and I've lost 52 pounds. I feel great, my left knee is pain free,…Continue
Many students initially intend to earn an online ged, but after doing their research, they discover that they can earn their high school diploma online. Instead of pursing an online GED, students can earn a HS diploma, which holds more value than an online GED diploma for approximately the same price. Why settle for an online GED…Continue

DiscGolfPlanet.TV has also given us ( repeat..given, free of charge ) live coverage of the GBO, USDGC, Vibram open, Presidents Cup, National Collegiate DG Championship, and Kansas City Wide Open.
They also have archived most of the coverage for you viewing pleasure as well.
While they do ask for donations and have sponsors, the…Continue

Alright, so I rolled into San Marcos, TX in late November and I finally found and threw the local course today December 28. I love this course, thankfully. I found that this college town in south Texas has far too much potential to just pass up. I got a job within a week of trying. I've met musicians left and right. The girls are beautiful and the disc golf course is sweet. San Marcos is going to be my new home base…Continue
I am a beginner and initially purchased a beginner's pack of disc which are a 165g driver, a 170g mid-range, and a putter. Then I met a gentleman who sold me some others like a Buzz for $8 as well as a straight driver, a curver, and a over mid-range driver for $4 each. Was this a good deal for a beginner?
Who will be playing in this years Pro Am Worlds? Better start saving some money, making reservations, and planning ahead to the event. This will probably be the biggest event ever. They have a ton of course's and being a Pro Am, there will plenty of competitors.
Memorial Monday is coming up quick and registration will open up for the 2012 Memorial Championship tonight at Midnight! Check out the links below so you know where to go and get ready to sign-up!!!Continue

Hello fellow Disc Golfers, I am Sitting here in a very funky mood, this past September I decided to have major surgery on my right ankle. I decided to do it in October, so I wouldn't miss to much disc Golf due to the usually cold and wet fall we have up here in Michigan. Just the past weekend the fell'as were out playing in upper 50's temperature, and this fall they have had at least three night glow rounds, which I missed, what a real bummer. I should of waited until December. I glad my…Continue
