Love playing in the wind? Well, you missed one heck of a windy [1st] round at the 2008 CO State Championships. I can honestly say I have never played a windier tournament round of golf. To top that off, the course at Palisade River Bend Park was lined and dotted with OB that made the locals cringe. It was so windy that branches the size of trees were ripped from the old cottonwoods along the course.
