Chenault Disc golf : The local pitch and putt rich in history

For Christmas Eve I played 3 putter rounds at the local pitch and putt.  Most people who play at my home course make fun of it but in reality they just do not appreciate the history of the location.  Located on the east side of Monroe, LA, it is one of a few remaining object courses made for frisbees back in the 60's.  The "baskets" are somewhat large concrete "cups" in the ground with most shots ranging from 180-245 feet.  With an exception of a few younger cats like myself, the course is…

A Time to Drill It

I used to over-simplify my approach to putting tempo, using the logic

that the disc should have just enough on it to run out of gas and fall
