Injuries suck!!!

So I pulled a muscle really bad in a mini a few weeks ago. 3 and 1/2 weeks now. it still has not healed. what I have learned from this and another injury I had is as soon as I feel like something is wrong I should stop. weather in the middle of a tournament or not.

It really sucks not being able to play though. I've gone out a few times and tried to throw a hole or two and it just not healed yet and I feel like if I would have stopped when I knew I injured myself I would have healed a lot… Continue

why I love disc golf.

I guess its been my friend and mistress for awhile now.

first discovered it when the local park we used to go to after school to get high and find dead bodies ( true story ,eeww) had a course put in and my friends started playing and low and behold.. here was something I was better than others at.

what at first was a source of pride turned into something I loved because it got me out into the outdoors and active, which I needed in my late teens/early 20's.
