I was lucky enough to take a week or so off from school to help my friend out in Taos, NM build and demo some stuff for his two cabins at 10000 ft elevation. we got a chance to play a bit of disc at a course I love, twogreyhares, owned by bill and his wife.. and a new course in Picarus pueblo that has a few interesting shots, but otherwise as Ben has described it.

I lost my favorite driver, a 12x Wraith on a huge shot over a canyon the first day we played it.

Back to New Mexico!!

I get to drive up to just outside Taos with my friends Girlfriend to stay at their cabin near Sipapu on Thursday for a week. I love it up there and cant wait to play two grey hares and the new course nearby and maybe another while I'm there.

too bad Sipapu is closed down for the Ski season already.

weather in the 40's. good food and friends and some great scenery and disc golf with nothing to worry about for a week. should be great. gonna try and check out a course in red river… Continue

Watching a tournament

Since I couldn't play in it, I decided to stop by the VPO this weekend in Arlington,TX. I heard Avery Jenkins would be there and knew the names of some other great players that would be there so I figured it would be a good chance to be a spectator for a change, and maybe see a friend or two.

I found a spot to watch a few holes form a good vantage point and sat down to watch. card after card came by and I saw some great throws as well as some not so good ones,haha. What slowly sank… Continue
