Winter 09-10

Well looks like im in for the rainy season. Its already snowed and hit 70 all in the same week, it can only mean fall in North Dakota. I figure my season has come to an end with the exception of going to FL for a week or so and maybe going on a discgolf cruise. Its going to be fun planning next years events...

North Dakota Annual Doubles Tour

This Saturday Riley Ackerman and myself played in the state doubles. We played very well and placed 3rd in Adv. I thought this to be quite the accomplishment with my 17yo partner. The weather was typical for a ND spring morning. The winds where playing 20 to 40 mph out of the NW. 930 tee off at sunset park a brutal park when you get no sleep. 4-23-09 Disc Golf in Jamestown, ND

I posted some pics today of the in town course Kluas Park. It is a 1200 dollar fine to cross the dike. Well the hole park is inside of the dike system. I wish they would let me play because with the flooding it makes for one of the tightest courses ever to be played. The other picture you may not recognize is the Glory Hole. This is the emergency spill way for the Jamestown Dam. Once the water level gets this high it flows uncontrolled throw town. Expected forcast is that the water will peak at… Continue

No Disc Golf in Jamestown, ND

Well after having so much fun in Dickinson, ND this weekend, I come home to find out that both are DG courses are flooded out. I have no clue when we will be able to play again. The Island at the Rez is almost under water and the in town course at Kluas Park is inside of the dike system so you cannot cross the beerier. I hear this is a carnal sin.
