Due to general life situations I haven't been able to throw much lately so there hasn't been as much to discuss. I got out to throw twice this past weekend and things went more or less the same as before although my long throw was 375' with an SL. I was around 360' with the rest of my SLs and 345-360 with my TLs. I don't know if I'm getting my timing back or what's going on but the improvement helps. I threw two sessions this past weekend totalling probably 3.5 hours. The distances I threw tell me a bit about what's wrong, but not so much WHY it's wrong.

I'm not entirely sure what's happened over the last 6 months but I've lost about 40' of distance off my throws. In October, I was throwing everything between 350 and 380 and exactly where I wanted it. Today's session, I was 300-350 with one shot getting to 380 in a headwind. I had no aim whatsoever, I had probably a half a dozen total worm burners that didn't make 200'. I know I was torqueing some of the shots I was throwing and that was quite frustrating.
