What an intense day.

CP09 was only my second sanction tournament, the first being the kalamazoo championship 08. I was kind of forced to play am2 this time by Larry. Not a problem, I was actually glad he put me in am2 even though I signed up for am3. Its a pretty sweet compliment for me to be bumped UP a division. I'd much rather do that than sandbag am3. YES!!!! I entered every one except maybe like one or two of them! Brand new xpress helllllllll yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!

I drive to work as the sun rises and when i drive home its dark. The overtime is worth it...but i can only throw like once a week now. I can't believe nate doss can hold a full time job, go to school, and be the best. I'll be fine for now since its so cold out, but once it starts getting nice again this job is going to really start pissing me off I think. Can anyone relate to that? My back gave out on me today. No work tomorrow and no disc golf for who knows how long. This really sucks, I'm not the kind of guy that likes that messed up feeling you get on painkillers either. God I need to throw!

Disc golf is what I think about at home, what I dream about when I sleep, and what I do almost every chance i can. When I do my daily work out part of what keeps me going is the hope of being that fraction of a stroke better as an overall player. When I stop drinking beer halfway through the night its because I want to enjoy my round of disc the next day and play my best.
