The Community of Disc Golfers and About All Things Disc Golf

I went to the big field at Greenville Middle School to throw this evening. I threw over 100 discs, practicing sidearms, backhands, tomahawks, thumbers, rollers, and approaches. My sidearm is about 260 to 290 consistently while my backhand is a puny 150 to 175 feet. Tomahawks are about 150, thumbers around 230. Rollers are 300 + but are also all over the place. If I can learn to control the rollers, it would help my game. I also learned what tomahawks do when I throw them. It might be a useful throw to get out of a jam. I really need to get over there two or three times a week to work on my game. I also need to practice putting regularly.
