The Community of Disc Golfers and About All Things Disc Golf

The Doors (ya I'm OLD), had a great song called waiting for the SUN, but I've notice that it applies to "non-league/club" disc golf'ers too. Today, while running our club's Sunday FUN League, I noticed a LOT of "independent" DG'ers. out of the course for the first time, yep we hit around 50 today but there were a lot of high clouds, that kept out the sun till the back 9.

From Nov-now, we of the Pikes Peak Flying Disc Club, Sunday FUN League, owned our local course in Widefield Park, now all the sudden there's a "line" for tee pads, sure hope I can talk some of them into joining our League!! Were small, we just got this started but even with only 4 players we have a great time, as it's NO MONEY, NO Pressure DG'ing!

Just an observation, wondering if it's happening elsewhere as the snow slowly melt's and the SUN is shining!

Take care, have FUN, Throw Plastic!!

Bogeyman! :)
