well I haven't been playing as much as i usually do which means I haven't played in 4 days which is a stretch for me.
I have been doing my putting lately tough I played yesterday which as i said was the first time in 4 days and my arm felt tight even after warm up but I still had good distance though I hit 400 feet on the holes i always do but what was good about the round was my putting was red hot and i shot a personal best of -5 in Bryan which is only nine holes with 2 of these holes over 450 and isn't really birdieable well they could be but it's not likely ,one thing that I'm have been working on is using my coyote even if i know I'll be a little short and I'm getting great control with it and get about 300 feet or so with it I haven't been throwing my rocs as much since i got my I'm really liking that disc I still love my rocs but for now i like the straight tunnel shots with my coyote

yeah it's all about the how you throw it over power it it will turn over but if you start finding your form and gain control and the right touch you'll be able to throw one that far just give it time and keep throwing your roc that is a good disc to learn control just stick in there it comes with time
