The Community of Disc Golfers and About All Things Disc Golf

Just wanted to see if anyone else feels there is a need for an Amateur Disc Golf Association. It’s my opinion that the PDGA does not care about its amateur members. There are far more amateur members than pro members, but it seems most of the PDGA resources and time goes toward the Pro side.
Should we start our own governing body to sanction only amateur tournaments?
What would this do to the PDGA?

I have the same question as Mark. Before we can determine if there's a need for an Amateur association, we need to know exactly what the PDGA is not doing for amateurs that the ADGA would do in their stead?
