I got a voice mail from Cooper as I pulled into Timmons today. He left a message saying that my phone had been disconnected. So I called home and the answering machine picked up. Then I called Copper to see what he was talking about. He had called using my home phone prefix and my cell number. He said that way he would catch me where ever I was! I have been off work for a couple of weeks, so he told me that nothing special was going on there. Ken and Lynn were coming off the front nine as I arrived to play the back nine so I played the back nine with them. I got off to a terrible start, but pulled out a bogey on #10 while throwing a +3 circle six on 11. So I was up four strokes after two holes. I was throwing my sidearm very poorly but I birdied 14 (which should always be birdied) and nearly birdied 16 and 17. But I held par on the rest of the holes to finish at +3. I don't remember when I played with Ken and Lynn last. After we finished the back nine I went home but they teed off on #1 while I was leaving.
