The Community of Disc Golfers and About All Things Disc Golf

I made it out to Lakewood yesterday afternoon, trying to beat the rain. Quite a few folks out playing. I decided to play a solo round to try and work on my shots and head game and forego the socializing even though I do enjoy it. I've been throwing the relatively new putter from Revolution called the 1080. I'd compare it to a stiff wizard or beadless aviar although it's got a little different feel to it. I had a couple of putts that I thought were pretty much perfect blow through the back of the chains which of course started my mind questioning the idea of using this as my full time putter this year. I think in warm weather it's going to be great but I may throw something softer at the Walla Walla tourney if the temps are cold.
