Beer & Bowling Greeen

Ok. So I have a biased judging station, however.....

I have a '3 hearted ale' on tap right now, that while "malty", still tastes pretty good. I know Ellis won't like it, but whatever.


However....I *do* have a 'hop slap' beer that I brewed from my own recipe that got the 'double thumbs up' as 'my new favorite beer' (these are actual quotes from people, I'm not making them up). The 'hop slap' is "continually hopped from 60 minutes, 20 min, 5 min, 2 min, 0 min of Cascade & Centennial. Oh, I also forgot "Dry hopped (w/ Cascade & Centennial) as well!!!!"

Wow, as I type it, I think I want to go get one.

Anyway. Whoever runs into me (while supplies last) and can say any 'nugget of home brew lore' will get a free sample. I'm not saying how large the samples are, just that you get free ones. Come on! There's 750 Golfer's going to BG!!!! Gimmee a break!!

Oh, I forgot to post about the 'Vanilla Bourbon Porter' that's been blowing out the airlock today. Man. That's going to be good. Looking for a Dry, not so Chocolaty, porter at around 8%. I think it's on it's way.... :)
