The golf will be done around 5:30 or 6:00. We're going to play one and a half rounds, which is a lot of golf on that course. I try to get awards going quickly, but we'll have cookies and pies to give away, and hopefully a season pass or a Chainstar, and all that takes a little extra time.

And if anyone has any grudges against that little chocolate bunny, what better way is there to take them out! Let's see if all bunnies make it off the course in one piece.

Assuming Tracy is fine with the idea we're going to try out a new side game during the doubles tournament. [And Tracy, I'm donating this -- it's not a tournament expense.] On the course near baskets and in areas where a lot of drives land we're going to set out hula hoops, maybe one per hole. In the hula hoop will be a chocolate bunny. If either partner's throw lands in or touching the hula hoop before the hole is completed, he wins the chocolate bunny.

So like if you're 15 feet from the basket and 15 feet from the bunny, maybe you want to go for a chocolate bunny and let your partner make the easy putt. Or maybe not. Or, as Kelsey pointed out, if you're team is hopelessly out of it, maybe you both want to shoot for every bunny you see and come in with a cart full of chocolate bunnies!

We might also give away homemade cookies, homemade pies and other edibles that way. The bunnies are wrapped in commercial packaging so unless it is supposed to be unseasonably hot they will actually be sitting there in the hoop. The cookies and pies will be represented by a flag with a card on it.

I'm not sure how many bunnies we bought. Or how many more we might buy. If we have enough, half way through the first round we'll race around the course and replenish the hoops.

Unsanctioned. You don't get ratings for sanctioned doubles. You only get 1/2 the points you should get. There's no reason to sanction doubles if you don't need the insurance.

I was wondering if this was a sanitioned event or just one off the book's...

Due to the recent 6-8inches of snow in Byron, there may be a little water that still needs to drain off the course. Carts will be used, with some restricted areas being roped off where it is too wet for the carts.

That's a copy/paste of the flyer. Trying to figure out how to convert a Word file to a pdf and not getting there...
