Gotta figure out a way to get a hole in these damn things. Turned out pretty cool though!!

Yeah i am gonna try a diamond bit- I think they run about twenty bucks,hopefully I don't have to use too many. A regular bit won't do the job. Good Idea with the file.
They are made of zinc I think, never thought of that as being a particularly hard metal. Suprize!!!
First event is this Saturday so I better get a move on.

In the spirit of that need for polishing, it might even need a little round file to file off the sharp or burry material too! But drill will be easy..

I was envisioning one idea that I didn't mention above.. you could drill a smaller hole and feed a wire clasping device through that hole.. requiring the smallest of holes.

You're going to need a vise, power drill, and polishing wheel. If you don't smooth the edges of the hole off they'll cut through just about anything other than a metal cable or lock ring.

For the holes, why not just use a power drill? You could pick your size.
