The Community of Disc Golfers and About All Things Disc Golf

I feel this is one of the most important areas to disc golf, its also my weakest. To get dramatic improvement in this part of my game, I have decided that I am going to train on upshots for at least 1 hr a day, 5 days a week. If I can do this and stick to it, upshots should become one of my strongest points in the game. During the St. Louis open I was making some great drives, but my approach was flat out horrible. I couldn't seem to get anything going on my throws, and I was missing my targets almost constant. So far, this training has been a lot of fun.
