The Community of Disc Golfers and About All Things Disc Golf

I finally got my first ace tonight, at about 8:15.

It was on hole 11, at Watertown Slumberland Disc Golf Course. 175 Feet.

Weapon of choice:175 Champion Shark

The night was perfect weather, wish I could have kept playing but it got dark. What a way to go into the weekend of my first tournament!

Awesome! Now how come we can't just throw it in almost everytime? I love seeing / hearing someone get their first ace! Witnessed a player make his first a few weeks ago...had to go over & give him a high-five.
Mark, thanks for the image of my arm flying through the trees! (I have nightmares about this)

Haha. Thats the funniest thing I've heard in a long time.

I acutally thought about the weight and the lengh being the same a few holes later. Coincidence? I think not.

Congratulations! Maybe there is some mystic connection between the distance of the hole (175) and the weight of the disc being thrown (175). Perhaps you should stack your bag with the corrsponding weights to hole distances for your next round. Keep in mind for that 500 foot hole that if your arm tears off the shoulder and rolls down the fairway that duct tape will fix most anything.

Play well . Scare the metal things.
