The Community of Disc Golfers and About All Things Disc Golf

so, apparently I excel in these particular events... Granted, I have only participated in two such events. However, both times I found myself playing better than I ever had before at this particular course.

Both times I have participated in a One-And-Done they were held on Memorial Day at White Clay Creek State Park in Delaware.

Last year I amazed myself with shooting a 59. I had only been playing since March of 2007. I actually won the Amateur Division for this event. Woo-hoo!!! My goal this year was to defend that title from the previous years event... Yay for me, I did it by shooting a 57!!! My personal best for this course! Again....

So, with that being said and done, I will play as an "Advanced" player in this tournament next year.

I hope Delaware Disc Golf continues to grow. We had 41 players for this small holiday event.

to clarify, a One-And-Done is 1 round with 1 disc.... Drive, up, and putt, with the same disc...

This year I used a completely beat Star Wraith.

So, Gabe, enlighten us: What's a "one and done?" I'm guessing it's a one-round tournament, but that's really just a guess.
