Oh no, not again!!!

Sometimes it seems there are too many hands in the cookie jar. It is so hard to keep everything in order when so many people try to "help out". Usually I find that the motive is merely that the "helpers" think they can do a better job or that the job will not get done if they don't do their part. The kicker is the way they act. They act as if they are pissed at the world and are short and rude to everyone. Hey! Do us a favor. If you're not asked to help, don't help. Sit back and just relax. We don't need your help and we don't want your help.....unless you are sincere and not condescending.

I believe he might be referring(sp) to some comments I made on Saturday about the shelter. I think it is time to set up another quarterly meeting of the LDGA. We need to remember that decicions(sp) need to be made by the whole group and not just a couple of people during a round (Guilty). I would like us to setup a plan of action for promoting the sport and help Mystery, who is the TD, make a list of what things he wants help with at the tourneys and who to do them. I think also this post refers to non LDGA members making suggestions about groups and placements.

This is not the Tino that I know. Short refers to an attitude not stature. Perhaps that is what you read into his Blog

man, I saw this and hope it's not me. I know I can be a pain but I hope my offers to help dont come off that way. I love you guys and want the best for our club so I do offer help or suggestions alot, but I hope I am not coming off like that. If its not me and someone else, then shame on them!! Our club rocks!

Suggestions are fine....as long as they are suggestions. I love the sincere and not condescending comment. Helpful and hurtful sound a lot alike, but they are not the same.
