I just think some things need to be aired out. We really need to watch out during tournaments and make sure that our guests are not getting the raw end of the deal. It is crappy when the shelter gets booked and we have to move to a new location. I think it adds insult to injury when too many people are trying to help run the tournament. Even if it takes a little time, there is one TD and he/she should take care of everything. It is more orderly and looks/feels professsional. All I am saying is WAIT UNTIL THE TD ASKS FOR HELP! This way, he is abreast of all that is going on, can find everything, and doesn't look like jerk that can't run a tournament. It makes the club look better. Just my 2 cents.
