The Community of Disc Golfers and About All Things Disc Golf

i was just wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of the best course to visit on my travels up to portland coming from willits, ca. going to be traveling along the coast. would rather not have to find a guide so i am looking for a course that is well marked. been in the heat so a coastal course would be great. thank you everyone. hope to hear back.

Arcata might be hard to find your way around, the tees arn't very well marked and there are almost no signs left, but it is one of the best courses out there, tight and technical and one of the most beutifull courses you will ever set foot on. I would be happy to show you around if I can, if not I may be able to put you in contact with someone that can, just let me know when your going to be around.

Check out Pier Park once you're in Portland. Well marked beautiful course through old redwood forest. If you want to play a challenging long course Riverbend at Milo McIver, home of the Beaver State Fling. There are maps usually in a mailbox on hole 1. Enjoy the ride, one of the best scenic drives on the planet.

You gotta play the curtain in Arcata, it is at Humboldt state university and is such an awesome course. Once in Eureka, look up Discus Eurekas and they have score cards and a map of the course and give you great pointers.... Hole # 2 you tee off on top of a huge redwood stump!!!!!
