I suppose I'll start off with what I've done in the last few weeks of Disc Golfing.
I played at Patoka State Park in Birdseye,Indiana...wasn't really the great of a course. Kind of hard to follow and some holes lacked signs, also very easy to lose a disc.
Well after that I was practicing throwing at my basket and I managed to lose my green cyclone-x in some thorny blackberry bushes..:( Note to self: don't get green discs
The next day I played at Mesker Park in Evansville,Indiana. The course is very pretty and fairly enjoyable, but quite long and hard to play without my main cyclone. I only made it through 12 holes before the rest of my Cousins wanted to leave, so that was 12 holes, but I'd played through it before anyway.
Fast forward to 2 days ago on tuesday. It's doubles night at Highland Park in Kokomo,Indiana. I got the same partner I've had for the last 3 weeks in a row. We didn't win but we knocked off a stroke and we had a lot of fun. I did however win closest to the pin! I threw last, just picked up my 169g Pro Wraith and ripped one off. It touched the ground under the basket but bounced so I thought I didn't get it. When we went to look, Me and Clayton were so close they has to break out the rope to measure it, and I won by barely an inch. $7 in my pocket :)
