Today I played at Honeybear Hollow Campgrounds and Maconaquah Park
Honeybear is the greatest course I've ever played at. They've got a pro shop where I bought a dragon because I lost my other water disc. But anyways, the course is great there. Heavily wooded so it requires very controlled shots. BEST COURSE EVER. Also rumored to be the 4th course ever made, but no conformation. In Peru,Indiana. Short holes, but no very easy shots. ONCE AGAIN, BEST COURSE EVER. Costs $2 to play per person. Discs fairly cheap there, wide selection.
Next I went to Maconaquah Park, it was a decent course, fairly challenging. Its a free public course, Most holes have signs, a few are vandalized. But, oh well. The course seemed to have a decent flow to it. A couple times I was like "Where the heck is basket/tee!?". But decent course altogether. No water shots there, and OB isn't much of a factor, the PDGA listing was inaccurate to me. This course isin Peru,Indiana. I'm assuming it has a short setting and a long setting because 2 baskets were listed on the signs, and I could see a spot where the other basket would go. But today it was set on the long setting. Good course for both sidearm and backhand throwers. Quite hilly though, a nice work out just walking the course.
