Disc golf is "hot" in the Hamptons

Nic and I are spending the weekend at his boss' beach house in Greenport on the North Fork of Long Island. As I lay out enjoying the sun this afternoon, I read a copy of Hamptons magazine. On the very last page, there is a "hot or not" list. Imagine my surprise when I came across "disc golf" in the hot column! It's not so hot counterpart was "olympic golf." I took a picture with my Blackberry so it's blurry but still legible. This day became even more interesting when we noticed homemade disc golf baskets down the street at the Old Field winery! We pulled in to chat with the proprietors but there was a private event. Maybe tomorrow!
