The last two days I have been working for Par One, Inc. at the PPAI expo here in Las Vegas. Par One is a golf company that puts custom logos on every piece of equipment you can think of for golf. They now are also selling custom disc golf supplies as well. It was awesome to see discs and a basket in a real ball golf catalog.Plus, all of the staff that was there from Par One were very enthusiastic about the game.. They hired me to put on a putting demonstration and talk to people who wanted to know about the game. I was also encouraging people to give the 150 Aviars I was using a test putt or two. It was fun putting while holding up the line of people that were trying to walk by. I would say I was seen by at least a few thousand people. I am very happy with the number of people that had previous knowledge of the game - even though most referred to it as frisbee golf or even the dreaded frolf. There were lots of people that were interested in buying custom discs and a basket or two for their corporate outings. Overall, I am just glad that a company that is not a Disc Golf company is getting involved from the sport. Thanks Par One and Scott Nathanson for the opportunity!!!
