Cooper and I went to Gower after work and played 3 rounds of 9 holes each. I was +2, +4, and even par. I was driving okay but my approaches were erratic. I also missed a couple of gimme putts and a couple other putts that I should have made. I also made a couple putts that shouldn't have gone in. They have the new fencing up around the tennis courts and basketball courts and are pouring concrete between the two. I had a pair of cutoffs on under my sweat pants and they were so loose that they wouldn't stay up and were pulling my sweats down with them. I am down 24 pounds since New Year's Eve and I need to start wearing belts with some of my larger pants.

I have never drank or smoked so that has never been a factor for me. I know that both are addictive behaviors (as is over-eating) and can be bears to get put behind you. So even more congratulations are in order! Keep up the good work.

I am dieting and exercising. I went on a diet over 3 years ago and dropped 87 pounds. I kept my weight down for two years, but this year I started ballooning again. I was sitting in front of the tube and eating a lot of junk again. Early in December I decided to go back on the diet and really work the exercise program this time, but since I had decide to start at the beginning of the year I really pigged out through the holidays and put on a lot if weight in a short time. I am down 24 pounds and plan to drop another 42. Once I am there I will keep a close eye on my weight and keep the binge eating, junk, and inactivity in check.

I wasn't aware that you had been so heavy before. That is a big change for you. Congratulations!

24 pounds?!! Thats great man, what else are you doing? Diet change? Hitting the gym? I'm down almost 70lbs since I moved to Greenville 3 yrs ago just by changing what I eat and staying active.
