The Community of Disc Golfers and About All Things Disc Golf

Greetings! For those of you who don't know me well enough yet, I just got into Disc Golfing this year... end of June. By the 3rd time I was walking out to a course to play, I had already purchased my own discs! I truly enjoy this sport because I get to be outside, enjoy nature, get my exercise, be challenged, spend time with my friends, and most of the time it costs nothing! (For the record, I'm still a NEWB)

Ok, this may not include them all, but I will try my hardest to remember at least the location, if not the course name itself I've played on so far!

Dretzka - Milwaukee
New Berlin
Slinger (pay course)
Madison (pay course)
Token Creek
Mukwonago (sp?)

I've had my taste of short holes, long holes, open areas, tons of trees and water hazards! I really enjoy Slinger's course! I would have to say at this moment, it is my favorite course to play.

*sigh* He said this is a tough course, blah blah blah, and I'm not sure at the moment if we are a couple. So I may not be able to try out this course for awhile, but I'm still interested in trying it out, I don't care how long it is or how difficult it is, that's how I get better!

That's sweet.... I'm sure I can talk my boyfriend into doing that. Actually, when I get back from doing security in Milwaukee this weekend, I will ask him to go up there this Sunday before school starts! OOOOOO.... how exciting!

Glad to see another local joining. If you ever want to take a cool trip, go up by Rhinelander and play Sandy Point. Awesome course. Costs $5.00 to play all day. Benches, trash cans, concrete tees, and a broom at every hole to sweep off the tee. Best course I've been to, good pro shop too. Anyway, welcome and maybe we'll see you on the course some time.

Whenever you go on vacation from now on, I guarantee you'll check to see where the nearest course is.
