Coop and I played Va-Du-Mar park today. We played the 19 holes from the short tees except for #4 and we played the original 10 from the long tees. I was +10 on the19 and +11 on the 10. I played so-so but took double bogeys on 10 and 11. On the 10 holes I blew up on #5 with a 7. Once I was in the green briars I couldn't fight my way out. I absolutely couldn't throw sidearm and my backhand was all over the place. I finally threw a great sidearm on the 29th hole of the day. I wish that I had found it for the entire day but it'll be back. I birdied #9 and #17 from the short tees. Steve lost a disc in the retention pond on #18. From the short tee he threw a long anhyzer that should have been perfect, but about 2/3 of the way to the pin the wind popped it up high and flattened it out so that it floated left right to the middle of the retention pond. The ground was very soft and I picked up a ton of mud on my hiking boots. At times they felt like they weighed about 20 pounds each. It was a little chilly and windy out in the open. There were also quite a few players on the course.
