Over the last couple of months, I have lost some distance and control on my drives and especially my Roc shots. They were not going as far as before and were not turning-up as much as I thought they should be. I haven't been playing much DG the last couple of months (maybe once a week at best) due to family issues and I thought that might have something to do with having a hard time getting my distance.

A couple of months ago I was getting about 430' on my good drives and I was working on my form to improve my snap. Then my distance started dropping off. Figured out what I was doing wrong. I was trying to get more snap but I was not concentrating on gripping the disc tighter. Susequently, the pressure I was applying to the disc was not consisitent throughout the throw and I was not generating the speed and spin I needed.

I played Brahan Springs and was feeling a little "GRRRRR". I was a little pissed to say the least and was gripin' it and rippin' it without much thought and my Rocs behaved very nicely. Yeah, my snap is back!

Also, been working on a forehand off and on and used it for the first time in a Fundraiser tournament for the USWDGC. Granted it only goes about 200 ft or so but I used it 3 times got 2 birdies and missed a 15ft putt for a third. Still a work in progress though.
