BRATS Course in the Snow

I spent much of the morning counting who had referred whom in the January "Get A Member" contest, and cooking a great mess of hash browns, bacon, and fresh eggs from a farm neighbor about a mile away. I figured I'd spent the day indoors, but Ben said: "Hey, let's play a quick nine holes."

Well, we did, and took both dogs. We played the back nine and ended up tied at 26. Couldn't leave it at that, of course, so we put the dogs away - Ozzy was being a pain, moving our drives around - and played the front nine. We hit hole 9 tied up again, after I came back from a 2-stroke lead that Ben had after hole 6. But Ben parked 9 with his Rhyno while I was 45' wide to the right with my Z-Storm and missed the putt. I ended up 25 and Ben 24. Totals for the 18 were Ben 50 and Terry 51.

I think that, for both of us, it was our first casual round in 2008. I've played two ice bowls and Ben has played one, but it's been too cold or snowy to get out and play casual.

Oh, BTW, Ben, counting the ice bowl and this casual round, I now have you by 4 strokes in 54 holes so far in 2008 :)

december 2007- for 45 holes i have you by 19 strokes..lets not forget that
