3rd Day Back from Surgery

Well today was my third day back on the course since the end of October, and I am still very rusty. With all that training through 2008, I have so much more strength then I did before. My drives are so much better, buy my short game is down a lot. I'll get it back though because its only my third day and things are already starting to click. I played today in Festus, MO at a course that was a Par 70. Since I am so off, I was hoping to throw a few over, and my score ended at 76. Im actually happy with it because its a very hard course with a lot of long holes. I would have liked to par the game, but I am going to take what I can for now. I believe that in a couple weeks I will be able to go out there and throw the course under par.

My goal now is to go pro. I am going to devote myself to improving my game so I can start traveling a bit and playing in different tournaments. I love playing in St. Louis and there are a lot of good tournaments, but I would just love to play in different states as well. I hope that its something I can achieve this year. Not necessarily going pro, but playing in different states. It is going to be hard for me with the baby though because the cash flow is tighter then normal, but I am going to try and see what I can do. I believe that I can get myself to the pro level and I am going to do it.
