The Community of Disc Golfers and About All Things Disc Golf

A lost friend has been found. My sidearm has been discovered once again. Personal record shot!

So in my last blog is discussed the pain i felt and the lost control of my sidearm.

Instead of being rash and giving up on my natural shot, i decided to analyze what I thought i was doing wrong. By just using basic physics I was able to discover that I was putting too much spin on my shots. So when I was trying to throw a s curve or an understable disc I was turning them over and not giving them enough height to fade back.

So I went back to the drawing board and tried to almost take some "spin" off of my understable stuff unless i was trying to throw a hyzer flip shot and I tried to throw my overstable discs flat and as hard as I could and let them hyzer.

Well I must be on too something as I shot even par, my best score to date so far!

So I have to take back my last blog and recommit to the side arm community....

and believe me its....

GOOD TO BE BACK!
