Life is good. I've been throwing since last week Thursday. I'm 100% again but I must remember to keep stretching before and after.

http://http://walking.about.com/od/stretching/a/stretch092404.htm    The latest info on streching and performance is a little different. Regular streching is good. Warming up before performing is better than streching.    Google the subject for more articles. I am a cyclist also and know lots about training. Good luck.

Ok, I hear ya, someone teach me some proper disc golf stretches! I only know swimming ones because that was my favorite sport before I was introduced to disc golf.

Stretching is important before you play and after you play. Also when you wake up, and before you go to bed. Stretching reinforces tendons and adds life to your muscles by ridding them of stressful chemicals.

good to hear, just remember stretching and pre round warm ups are crucial
