Carter and myself went to Washington after work for a casual round. We were hoping the new baskets were in but they were not.

20 mph winds with 30 mph gusts, and we all know how fun that is at Washington Park.

I thought I drove pretty good especially with the wind like it was. The only hole that I didn't drive as well as I would have liked was number 16, for some reason that hole always gives me trouble. It's not like its a tough hole, its just something in my head.Throwing the Tee Bird more often and getting used to the lines I can make with it. Besides 16 it was a pretty good day driving.

Note to self:
throw your Monarch on 14, you've thrown it twice and parked it both times.

Mid game was good again. Made a couple really good upshots, even with the wind howling. Made an excellent shot on 12 from the left side of the fairway.

Putting was good again (I think), tough too tell with the wind. Made a 50 footer on hole 15 for a duece. Used a Buzz to putt on it instead of my Magnet, it gets blown all over the place.

2 dueces, 5 bogeys, and one double bogey. Doesn't sound that great but considering the conditions, not that bad. Beat Carter by one stroke to take the number 3 tag. Lowest tag I've ever had.

It was a real fun round.
