The Community of Disc Golfers and About All Things Disc Golf

I played discgolf this weekend and was puzzled at my forehand shot. It really wasn't there if you know what I mean? The release was not great and I was dipping my shoulder a bit for some sky rocket hook shots. Not really what I was looking for. My backhand was not that bad. But that isn't my query today. The shots that came out perfect( for me anyway) were mysterious. The disc was taking on very different fight patterns. I was turning over discs that I normally do not turn over. I left my discs in the Jimmy overnight so they were pretty cold. I was not happy with my discs/drives Saturday but I shot 2 over par and was happy with myself considering I had some unexpected drives.

So let me hear from you. Does the cold disc make a difference or was it me? What do you guys think?

Temp does change the discs. That is one of the selling points of the FLX. Because it is a softer plastic it does not change as much.
