First Round in a Long Time

While my intention was to go out and play on Saturday, a small monsoon drove me to reconsider. Nonetheless, me and a buddy went out to Winton Woods in Cincinnati on Sunday so I could begin re-learning the game. I
behaved and only used my Aero and asked my buddy to keep reminding me that I
was there to focus on technique, not power.
We ran in to a couple friends and ended up starting with a round of
doubles, then a normal round just the two of us. Over all, I did pretty well. I
had a couple completely awesome shots (at least for me). My short game was a lot better than my long
game (not surprising seeing which disc I was using). We ended up coming back a couple hours later
for one last game, but that one didn’t go as well for me.

I’ll probably be hitting the courses again next week, then attending a pro clinic the following Monday.

I know how it feels to not play for awhile. I am currently deployed to Afghanistan and cant wait to get home and play again.
