I called Bill and we decided to hit the Greer course at 5:30. Shortly after 5 a heavy downpour moved through the area and really soaked down the course. But we decided to go ahead and play a round. I was -1 on the front nine with a bogey on #1 and birdies on #4 and #8. Then came the back none. I threw 6 bogeys (11, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 18) to finish at +5. But the 3 of us had a good time talking and we were out playing. Bill hurt his throwing arm a couple of weeks ago and he has started throwing side-armed, which is how he played for several years. Once he gets his side arm down pat again I think that he'll improve and come back to where he used to play.
