Happy Halloween

ooooh. eeeek. Its that scary time of year. The scariest sound is a rattlling chain followed by the soft thunk of plastic on the grass or perhaps the harsh sound of metal with no rattling chains at all. Even scarier? A gorgeous day and the reality of work and regular life. Maybe I will throw at the practice basket tonight when the neighborhood urchins come in search of sugar. That's about it. However, I will get out there over the weekend.

The day began with "Little Spin of Horrors". My spin instructor played his Halloween program. Monster Mash, Thriller, etc. My quads still ache from standing during the entire Frankenstein by Edgar Winter. I have made myself one promise today. I am going to keep my hands off of the bite sized demons that will be all over the office and all over the house. If I do, it will be better than surviving a night in Amityville.

I hope everybody treats themselves to a good round this weekend. If you are playing league on your local course this Sunday morning you will have a choice of getting an additional hour of practice in or an additional hour of sleep. You make the call. "Fall back" has some benefits. Hey, you can carry on for an additional hour Saturday night and still stagger into league on Sunday morning. Enjoy.
