The Community of Disc Golfers and About All Things Disc Golf

By noon on Friday, there will be an additional 7-11" of snow on the ground on top of the already 4" or so. It is coming in late tonight so I'll probably be at work all night, glad to get whatever I can get right now so I won't have to touch my savings account.

I will begin working on Best/Worst courses lists today, expecting to whittle down a Top -25 list by the end of the day and will post it.

I'd practice putting, but my fingers lock up within minutes and become hard to move so I may end up throwing 15'ers at a wall in the upstairs hallway.

When it interferes with the throwing motion, or fills the basket so a disc cannot.

Sorry to hear about the snow up there! What a bite!! So how much snow is too much to disc in anyway?

I don't even see that storm on the radar map yet! But my wipers are up.

Yep going to get 10-15" by tomorrow here just north of Grand Rapids, where we already have 8-10". I have been playing more indoor mini golf lately.

Ha ha...nice little joke Mr. Curtis. I liked it.
Hey...I had a great time in the S.C. Michigan snow today. I posted flyers out for our January 3rd. fundraiser...called The First Annual New Years Heave @ Fort Custer. I also shoveled off tee pads on two courses. Great fun. My cheeks were allll rosey and stuff, but my tootsies were wam and toasty. I can't wait for the other snow storm to get here so I can go out afterward and shovel off those same tee pads. This time though I'll take along a putter for some putting practice. Won't lost to many discs... putting. Well... time to go check the Weather Channel online to see when all the wonderful white stuffs going to get here.
Hey Mr. Calhoun...since I live West of you...did you want me to give you a jingle and let you know what you will be up against?

I am working on my computer at the Store with the doors open and the fans running.
It is hot.
I am sweating.
We will have to turn on the A/C if it gets any hotter.
I will be choosing my course to play later today and arrive in time to finish my round at sunset where I will turn my camera on the falling sun and capture the beauty of one of the Florida Courses changing over for Night Golf!
I was born and raised in GR Michigan.
Moved to Florida during an Ice storm (I had the flu).
Never went back.
Disc Golf every day in shorts, even when it is chilly.
You are invited to sunny Clearwater, Florida for Disc Golf.
Home of the Champ! Kenny Climo.

Yeah good point, one of those saucer sleds might dominate a Super Class event, but you need a normal putter to go in the basket.
