It has been a while since I have wrote anything on here. Since my last blog, my life has changed a lot, and its all for the better. My last post was about the St Louis Open and how I played one of my worst rounds ever. Through last summer I continued to train and work out, and my level of play increased dramatically. My wife ended up getting pregnant and in September I had to slow down my playing because we were coming in our final months of the pregnancy. I didn't feel it was a good thing for me to devote so much time to the course when my wife needed me the most, yet I didn't stop my weight training. At the end of October I weighed myself I gained about 30 lbs, some fat, but most was muscle. I was feeling really good and then I got cocky on the weight bench and gave myself a horrible hernia. Needless to say, I couldn't go into surgery yet because the baby could have been born any moment. I had to schedule it for Feb 5th of this year. I was forced to lay low on the golf course until things settled around the house with the new baby, (she was born on Nov 25th) and then I had to heal from the surgery. Things are back to normal and I am training once again.
