I played a casual round with my wife and some friends yesterday and managed to make all of my putts within 50'. I was a pretty happy disc golfer! Most importantly I had a really great time. It was about enjoying the weather and having good times. While I always love playing disc golf, here lately its a been a bit more serious than normal as I have been devoting a lot of time and focus into really developing my disc golf skill set.
In about an hour I will be heading back out to the course for a few more rounds. Today I am not going to worry about distance at all. I am going to use 100% of my concentration to work on using my hips and pivoting on my heel and letting everything else work itself out. I also need to make sure I use this same exact form for my upshots. Right now they are great(and there certaining is merit to "If its not broke don't fix it"), however I think this will/could lead to inconsistencies moving forward, especially on the 3rd round of the day or tournament when your are tired.
